NBS Update: "Multi-form" Function Feature Manages Multiple Asset Types

The long awaited NBS 'Multi-Form' function has finally been added and users are excited about the possibilities. Multi-forms is an innovative, easy-to-use feature that allows you to create multiple forms and manage them by form.  The feature saves time and frustration.
For example, on the first form, users can manage the “In & Out” associated with renting IT assets.  The second form allows users to manage the work on the asset that has been recovered or that needs repair.  Each of the forms is conveniently linked as a separate sheet.  Furthermore, the transaction log can now be managed separately, a useful feature which is very helpful.
To access the new feature, simply log in to NBS and select “Create New Form for Google Sheets” from the main screen.
Then, enter the form name in the “Form Name” option that is located at the very top of the form design screen. Please note that the form name is permanently binding to the sheet once it is specified, so changing the form name is not possible unless you delete the form and begin again.  With that in mind, please select and set your form name carefully.
After naming your form, just add the desired form fields for your inventory management.  Take a look at how the form will actually appear through 'Preview Form' and, if you are satisfied with it, click 'Complete and Save' button to create the form.
In order to create a second form, all you will need to do is to press the plus button (+) on the upper right of the main screen. You will then be taken to the screen for the new form design.  Once you add the form name and form field just as you did in the first form, the second form will be completed.
When the form is completed, you will be able to see the following screen. Select the desired form for barcode scanning of assets and then click “click here to scan” to access and complete the easy and convenient barcode scanning and inventory management.
This new feature will be released to all PRO users within a couple of days. For more information on how to use this feature, please refer to the User's Guide and FAQ.
